A Message From the Board of Trustees

On Friday, February 6, 2015, an act of vandalism occurred on Main Street outside the Geneva Public Library. The person(s) responsible caused more than $5,000 worth of damage to the cars of five library employees as they were parked on Main St. We encourage our patrons and members of the Geneva community to contact the Geneva Police Department at 315-789-1111 if they have any information about this crime. The members of the Board of Trustees are offering a reward of $200 for information that directly leads to an arrest of the person responsible for the damage.

Classic Film Series: Arsenic and Old Lace

The next movie in the library's Classic Film Series will be Arsenic and Old Lace starring Cary Grant. The film will be shown on Saturday, March 7 from 11am-1pm with free popcorn and refreshments provided.

Farewell Geneva

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce my resignation as Acting Director and Central Librarian of the Geneva Public Library. I have accepted a position as the Branch Manager of the Woodrow Wilson Library in Fairfax County, Virginia. My last day in Geneva will be on March 13th.
